Welcome to Sunscape Travel (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Sunscape Travel”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our services, and any travel arrangements made through us. By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking any travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Role

Sunscape Travel acts solely as a travel agent and intermediary. We facilitate bookings for travel products and services (including but not limited to flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, vacation packages, car rentals, and travel insurance) provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, etc.). We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations imposed by the respective suppliers.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All quotes and prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed and a deposit or full payment is received.
  • A deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking, as specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other methods we accept. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may include taxes, fees, or surcharges that may be imposed by suppliers or governments.
  • Any promotional offers, discounts, or special rates have specific terms (including blackout dates, minimum stays, and non-refundable conditions) that will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

  • Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and are outlined in your booking confirmation or the supplier’s terms.
  • Most vacation packages, especially all-inclusive resort bookings, are subject to strict cancellation penalties (often 100% within 30–60 days of travel).
  • We will assist with change or cancellation requests, but any fees, penalties, or non-refundable amounts are determined by the supplier.
  • We charge a non-refundable service/planning fee (if applicable) for our services, even if the trip is canceled.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or lost baggage.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to obtain and maintain all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, entry permits, vaccinations, etc.) and to comply with all destination entry requirements, including any COVID-19 or health-related protocols that may be in effect. We may provide general guidance, but we are not responsible for any denial of entry, additional costs, or missed travel due to missing or invalid documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation/interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss/delay. We can assist in offering insurance options, but any policy is a contract between you and the insurance provider.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunscape Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
    • Any act, omission, or negligence of any travel supplier;
    • Changes, delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, terrorism, or other events beyond our control (“force majeure”);
    • Personal injury, death, property damage, or loss suffered during travel.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for our agency services (excluding amounts paid directly to suppliers).
  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or suitability of any supplier’s services.

7. Complaints and Disputes

8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property
